1. Information We Collect and Use

The App does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide directly identifying information such as your name, telephone number, email address, postal address, or payment information.

To provide advertising, measure advertising performance, identify advertising-install sources, prevent fraud, and maintain the normal operation of the App, the App and integrated third-party SDKs may automatically process:

• Device and App information, such as device model, operating-system version, language, time zone, network information, App version, and SDK version;
• Device or advertising identifiers, such as Android Advertising ID, IP address, and identifiers generated by the App or SDK;
• Advertising and attribution information, such as ad impressions, clicks, ad interactions, installation source, re-engagement information, and campaign information;
• App events related to advertising attribution, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and App stability, such as App launches, sessions, and rewarded-ad status; and
• Approximate location inferred from IP address, country or region, time zone, or language settings.

We use this information to display, measure, and optimize advertisements; identify installations or re-engagement resulting from advertising; prevent fraud and invalid traffic; and improve App performance.

2. Local Data Storage

The App stores game progress, game settings, unlocked content, and reward status locally on your device to provide a continuous gameplay experience.

We do not operate a user-account system and do not store this local gameplay data on our own servers. You may delete this local data by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App. Information independently processed by your operating system, device backup services, or third-party SDKs is subject to their own rules and privacy policies.

3. Advertising, Attribution, and Third-Party Services

3.1 AppLovin MAX

The App uses AppLovin MAX for ad mediation and ad delivery. AppLovin MAX, AppLovin, and advertising demand partners enabled by us through MAX may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, ad-impression data, and ad-interaction data to:

• Deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements;
• Measure ad impressions, clicks, and advertising performance;
• Optimize ad fill rates and advertising revenue;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic; and
• Comply with applicable legal, security, and regulatory requirements.

Whether advertisements are personalized depends on applicable law, your consent status, and device settings. You may manage relevant choices through your device settings or an applicable consent-management interface.

3.2 AppsFlyer

The App uses AppsFlyer for mobile advertising attribution, advertising-performance measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. AppsFlyer may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, ad-click or impression data, installation source, App-launch data, and App events used for advertising measurement.

We use AppsFlyer to determine which advertising channels lead to App installations or re-engagement, measure advertising performance, identify abnormal traffic, and improve advertising activity and App operations.

Information independently processed by AppLovin and AppsFlyer is subject to their respective privacy policies. You may review their privacy policies and privacy choices through their official websites.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with, or allow information to be processed by:

• AppLovin MAX, AppLovin, and advertising partners enabled by us through MAX , for ad delivery, advertising measurement, optimization, and fraud prevention;
• AppsFlyer , for advertising attribution, advertising-performance measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention;
• Government authorities, professional advisers, or other authorized parties where necessary to comply with law, protect user safety, prevent fraud, protect our legal rights, or respond to valid legal process.

We do not sell directly identifying information, such as names, telephone numbers, or email addresses, because the App does not ask you to provide this information.

In some jurisdictions, transmitting device identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction information to advertising-technology partners may be considered the “sharing” of personal information or use for targeted advertising.

5. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on applicable law, your location, your device settings, and the features available in the App, you may:

• Delete or reset your advertising ID and adjust advertising-personalization settings in your Android device settings;
• Limit personalized advertising or withdraw relevant consent through device settings, an in-App consent-management interface, or privacy tools offered by third-party services;
• Contact us to request access to, deletion of, correction of, or restriction of processing of information where applicable law provides these rights; and
• Submit privacy requests directly to AppLovin, AppsFlyer, or other advertising partners for information that they independently process.

Limiting personalized advertising does not stop all advertisements from being shown, but the advertisements you see may be less relevant to your interests.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed for, and is not directed to, children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or any other applicable minimum age under local law, without appropriate authorization or consent.

7. Data Security, Retention, and Deletion

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information that we process from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

We process information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect legal rights. We do not store local gameplay progress on our own servers. Retention periods and deletion methods for data independently processed by third-party SDKs are governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers may process information in countries or regions other than your own. Such processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and subject to appropriate data-transfer safeguards where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in App features, third-party SDKs, advertising partners, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page or within the App and will become effective on the posting date or the effective date stated in the updated policy.
